Welcome to Serendipity Teepee. By accessing or using our website or booking a service with us, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

We currently offer slumber party packages only, with more offerings coming soon. All packages are custom-designed and subject to availability.
Quotes provided are estimates and subject to change. We reserve the right to determine what services are available at any given time.
To reserve your date:

A non-refundable deposit of $100 or more is required, in addition to your package price. This also serves as a refundable damage deposit, returned the day of or the day after pickup, provided all items are in good condition.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before your event. If not paid, the event may be canceled and all payments forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

Your booking is confirmed only once full payment is received.
Changes & Cancellations:

Once paid, events are non-refundable.

You may request to reschedule your event (subject to availability).

In the unlikely event Serendipity Teepee cancels your event, you will receive a partial refund or reschedule option.
Outdoor events are not currently available, but may be offered in the future.

If your event takes place in an apartment or condo building:

Please confirm with management whether moving items (like our 8-ft teepee poles) through hallways and service elevators is allowed.

You are responsible for securing any permits or approvals needed in advance to ensure smooth delivery and setup.
5. Privacy & Conduct
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is collected only for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared without consent. Please use our site respectfully—no harassment, false information, or misuse of content is permitted.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in providing a magical experience, Serendipity Teepee is not liable for:

Accidental delays, damages beyond our control, or any third-party links on our site.

Any loss beyond the cost of your package (max liability is limited to $100).
7. Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, logos, and content on our site are owned by Serendipity Teepee. You may not copy or use any materials without written permission.

9. Final Notes
